| The Manager, Key Acct. & Projects is the sales personnel who manages the key accounts and projects to bring business to VOLVO CE through a series of actions including finding, developing, establishing professional relationships with the key accounts and projects owners while providing the company timely information and recommendations in terms of product offering, pricing, sales strategies for the company to keep and improve operation performance to continuously satisfy customer needs. | |
| Key Responsibility | |
| · | Database of key projects / accounts in China with detail information |
| · | Prioritize projects / key accounts to better allocate resources in promotion of project sales |
| · | Establish business and personal relationship with projects owners and managers, management of key accounts |
| · | Establish relationships with all designing and research institutes |
| · | Establish relationship with all tendering corporations and organizationsSpec-In for selected projects in the initial stage of the projects to increase possibilities of Volvo CE winning the job |
| · | Monitor progress of key projects to look for more business opportunities. |
| · | Monitor the development of key accounts for possible projects to look for more business opportunities. |
| · | Coordination of technical support for bidding documents preparation, |
| · | Coordination with Volvo CE regional managers and dealer in the whole bidding process |
| · | Arrangement of necessary technical seminars / programs in an aim to promote Volvo CE Machines in these projects. |
| · | Planning and organizing negotiations for all business transactions |
| · | Responsible for sales targets set for the China Market, especially on non-excavators products – WLO, MG, ADT’s by direct involvement and closely working together with the regional managers |
| · | Increase of sales in targeted key accounts |
| · | Increase no. Of key accounts which would bring more sales |
| Main competence requirements | |
| · | 5 years experience in marketing and direct sales in heavy equipment industry |
| · | Good business sense |
| · | University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent |
| · | Fluent English |
